The Focus on Welfare. Our People Initiatives

Our welfare and people care strategy focuses on people’s well-being as a lever for sustainability and performance. We believe in a shared welfare culture for a far-reaching impact beyond the company. Because caring for people means building a future.

Work life harmony
Tools for better living. Work-life balance

At a time when the boundaries between the professional and personal life are becoming thinner, we believe that taking care of our people means creating the conditions for a truly sustainable, inclusive and human-scale work. With this philosophy in mind, we have strengthened the instruments that promote a healthy work-life balance. We offer our people the opportunity to organise their work day with greater autonomy, through remote and agile working policies, promoting a culture of trust and responsibility.

We support all aspects of parenting, accompanying each stage of family life in concrete and inclusive ways.

  • We provide 100% of the salary during the five months of compulsory maternity leave, and we also grant subsidies for parental leave.
  • We promote shared parenting, by adding 10 paid days to paternity leave.
  • We welcome every birth with a symbolic but meaningful gesture: a birth package for all new parents in the Group.
  • We offer contributions for nurseries and a company daycare facility in Rome.
  • We organise residential and daily summer camps, in Italy and abroad, to support fellow parents in a practical/financial way, and award postgraduate scholarships.

In 2025, we introduced new welfare leaves of absence, to support people through the important moments in family life, such as a child’s graduation/exam or the first day of school, and to offer concrete support to caregivers. Our way of being present where it really counts.

Value that becomes possibility

Supporting people’s welfare also means offering concrete tools to improve the quality of daily life, through customisable and flexible choices.

All Group employees are granted an annual welfare credit, which can be used for a wide range of flexible benefit purchases: from health to leisure, mobility and training.

Finally, we offer the option of converting the performance bonus into a flexible benefit, with a supplementary contribution added by the company. One more way to increase the purchasing power and turn a work bonus into new personal and family opportunities.

Wellbeing and people care

We believe that individual well-being is where collective performance begins. With this in mind, we strive to spread a “healthy living” culture that extends beyond the workplace. We want to overcome the idea of a company as a closed microcosm, and promote sport, health, prevention and quality relationship initiatives. Because what happens in the company has a social impact affecting the territory and the community. With this vision in mind, the wellness community was born, a project that focuses on our people as active promoters of health and vitality, not only within the company, but also in their living contexts. A shared path to generate healthier, more inclusive environments that bring out the best in everyone.

The company acts as a vector of change, fostering employees to take care of their overall well-being, through a wealth of initiatives covering the following areas:

Psychological well-being

Awareness-raising webinars to promote metal and physical health, and an online platform (anonymous and confidential) providing free consults with psychologists and psychotherapists specialised in a wide range of issues, available every day of the year and at any time.
