Diversity, equity & inclusion

We invest in skills by enhancing our resources’ uniqueness and many talents. We are committed every day to promoting a fair and inclusive working environment, ensuring equal opportunities and welfare to everyone.

We believe in an inclusive, fair and respectful environment, based on merit, and on enhancing everyone’s potential as the foundation of value generation. We believe in the asset of diversity and in the right of equal opportunities. The true drive of change lies in a multitude of talents, generations and skills. Such energy can take down barriers, unleashes true potential and makes everyone shine. Because the future belongs to the people who choose to innovate responsibly, lead with courage, and grow with the strength of the community. Ethics becomes strategy, innovation becomes value, and people become the soul of any business that wants to leave a mark.

These are the principles that guide our Group's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion policy, brought to life through the FareDI+ “Diversity and inclusion for all” programme.

With our FareDI+ “Diversity and inclusion for all” programme, we are committed to developing future-oriented workplaces that value all talents. This is achieved thanks to new leadership and organisational models capable of including and enhancing gender and generational diversity, in particular, through our people’s participation, collaboration and active dialogue.

The Governance Model

Our initiatives rely on essential pillars, such as active listening, continuous training and clear, widespread communication at all levels of the organisation, and on a solid, multilevel governance system based on three fundamental players, to integrate guidance, continuous monitoring and active participation.

DE&I Steering Committee

Responsible for defining strategies, creating action plans and activating targeted listening programmes for the different business segments

Bilateral Diversity Inclusion Committee

Born out of a debate with trade unions to oversee equal pay, inclusion of vulnerable groups, welfare and parenthood, and contrast violence and discrimination

Employee resource group (ERG)

This voluntary advocacy group with company members is a catalyst for cultural change from within the company, and addresses all dimensions of diversity from a cross-sectional perspective, offering a space for discussion, listening and proposals.
