Conciliation

Any person who has suffered damage on the motorway network operated by Autostrade per l'italia and alleges liability on the part of the concessionaire may send a claim for damages to the PEC address below:

To submit a new claim, please send a certified electronic mail (PEC) message to [email protected], attaching:

  • a detailed description of the event;
  • the claimant's details or a duly signed authorisation;
  • all available supporting documentation (e.g. vehicle registration number, police reports, estimates, invoices, photographs, proof of ownership of the vehicle).

For claim status request or to submit additional documentation relating to an existing claim, please send a PEC or registered letter indicating:

  • in the subject line, the claim number (16 digits – e.g. 0102/2025/000011);
  • in the message body, the date of the event and the vehicle registration number.

Failure to provide this information may hinder the identification of the claim and delay its processing.

Where a complaint has been rejected, or the response provided is considered unsatisfactory, the user may—in the cases provided for under applicable law—refer the matter to the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) – Conciliation procedure through the ADR Body of Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A. at the following link: https://www.autostrade.it/en/organismo-adr.
