Target Gender Equality

Autostrade per l'Italia is actively taking part in the 4th Italian edition of the Target Gender Equality Accelerator, the global programme promoted by the UN Global Compact that supports companies in transforming their commitment to gender equality into concrete and measurable targets, according to international standards, such as the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs)

The 6-month international training, analysis and debate path will help us achieve the following:

  • Measuring our internal performance on gender equity.
  • Taking part in workshops and learning sessions with experts and other companies.
  • Developing targeted action plans to improve women’s representation in leadership roles and reduce the gender pay gap.
  • Actively contribute to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals, in particular SDG 5 - Gender Equality.
Proud to be a part of target Gender Equality
