Through a continuous and structured programme of training and communication, safety becomes a shared value and an integral part of daily practices at all levels of the organisation. . The Group’s commitment translates not only into the promotion of the health and safety of its people, but also into safeguarding road safety and protecting all users who travel on the motorway network every day.
A programme bringing together all initiatives aimed at promoting and strengthening occupational safety, addressed to all professional communities within the Autostrade per l’Italia Group 2025: more than 50 workshops, more than 1,000 participants
An initiative designed to extend the Group’s safety culture and safety leadership enhancement programmes across the entire supply chain
An annual initiative aimed at celebrating – through the direct involvement of employees – the promotion of the safety culture and the results achieved by each Group Department, Area, Operational Unit and Company From 18 to 24 February 2025, approximately 200 initiatives were carried out (including site safety exercises, safety walks, safety workshops and flash mobs, as well as events open to schools and families), involving around 10,000 people and more than 380 companies.
In 2025, the Group delivered approximately 80,000 hours of Health & Safety training
