The Committee includes company workers and trade union representatives of the transport sector (5 company unions)
Areas of intervention include:
Contrasting violence and discrimination
Strengthening the company’s commitment to combating any form of violence and raising awareness of reporting any form of discrimination, through the company reporting channels (whistleblowing) and by providing listening and front-line channels, managed by external professionals, such as the Anti-Harassment Help Desk.

Introducing tools to support vulnerable people: (activation of a Help Desk for Vulnerable People - June 2021-). Ensuring full physical and virtual accessibility of company premises. Ensuring compliance with national and international regulations on digital accessibility.
