Gender Reporting
The Gender Report is a fundamental tool to analyse our commitment to gender equality, which, through detailed reporting, allows for greater transparency in the application of the principles of equity and efficiency in talent development policies. It was drawn up in line with the Gender Equality Plan, the strategic planning tool through which Autostrade per l’Italia has defined, for the three-year period 2023-25, objectives and actions to promote gender equality across six areas of intervention, by identifying the objectives linked to one or more SDGs of the UN 2030 Agenda, which ASPI intends to promote and achieve. In addition to describing the current situation, the Report illustrates the transformation of our society and the trends concerning gender equality in recent years. It identifies the Group’s distinctive characteristics and highlights the path we are undertaking. Gender equality holds paramount importance for our company, and we are determined to become a benchmark of awareness on the national scene.
