DE&I Steering Committee
The DE&I Steering Committee, formed by the company top management representatives, promotes a culture of gender equality and the dissemination of the guiding principles of equality and fairness to all Group companies. Responsible for defining strategies, creating action plans and activating targeted listening programmes for the different business segments, it validates gender reporting operations (Gender Report and Gender Equality Plan), and monitors the main indicators (KPIs) to measure the results achieved by the initiatives to drive cultural change set in place by the Group. Moreover, it identifies any critical factors hindering the pursuit of the gender equality policy, and suggests possible integrations.
The Group’s DE&I priorities of intervention include: women’s empowerment, contrasting gender-based violence, inter-generational issues, inclusive culture and language, accessibility and inclusion of vulnerable groups, stakeholder engagement

Gender Reporting
The Gender Report is a fundamental tool to analyse our commitment to gender equality, which, through detailed reporting, allows for greater transparency in the application of the principles of equity and efficiency in talent development policies. It was drawn up in line with the Gender Equality Plan, the strategic planning tool through which Autostrade per l’Italia has defined, for the three-year period 2023-25, objectives and actions to promote gender equality across six areas of intervention, by identifying the objectives linked to one or more SDGs of the UN 2030 Agenda, which ASPI intends to promote and achieve. In addition to describing the current situation, the Report illustrates the transformation of our society and the trends concerning gender equality in recent years. It identifies the Group’s distinctive characteristics and highlights the path we are undertaking. Gender equality holds paramount importance for our company, and we are determined to become a benchmark of awareness on the national scene.
