The map and action plan in your municipality
To facilitate communication with the general public, Autostrade per l'Italia developed an innovative system to represent in three dimensions both the results of the noise mapping carried out on its entire network and the future situation following the implementation of the Action Plan.
Using the selection masks below, it is possible to view and 'navigate' the areas concerned in a virtual environment.
Special colours were also used in these three-dimensional representations to depict motorway noise exposure conditions, both in their current and future state. In addition, a map was drawn up highlighting the benefits of the noise mitigation works envisaged in the Action Plan.
The update of the Noise Mapping and Action Plans of 18.07.2018, with a new layout, in line with the Technical Specifications of the Ministry of the Environment, makes it easier to view the underlying mapping and thus facilitates the recognition of housing units and the effect of noise on the territory.
