Public information and consultation
Since 2007, Autostrade has activated the following email addresses to ensure a constant and continuous channel of communication with citizens:
According to Article 8 ("Public Information and Consultation") of Legislative Decree 194/05 "Implementation of Directive 2002/49/EC relating to the Assessment and Management of Environmental Noise", Autostrade per l'Italia published the proposed updated Action Plan on its website on 10 May 2018 so that the general public could consult it and submit comments, opinions and memoranda in writing within 45 days of publication.
Autostrade took these comments into account in the final drafting of the Action Plan adopted and submitted to the Authorities on 18 July 2018. Regarding the noise reduction interventions falling within works subject to EIA, the public information had already been previously carried out in the specific proceedings. The following table provides the links where to retrieve the comments received regarding these works.
