Autostrade per l’Italia launched a €7bn Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme in 2014, raising the ceiling to €9bn in December 2024. The programme, aimed at qualified Italian and overseas investors (with the exception of United States investors), enables the Company to use the same Base Prospectus to issue medium- and long-term bonds in several tranches and in different currencies and with varying durations.

Update 2025

The Base Prospectus for the EMTN programme was approved by the CONSOB on 18 December 2025 and the bonds are eligible for admission to trading on Borsa Italiana’s screen-based bond market (Mercato Telematico delle Obbligazioni or MOT). The programme has been passported into Ireland.
