The supporting documentation will be available through the same AEF portal

When accessing the site for the first time, it is necessary to register through the appropriate function of the portal (hyperlink) called ‘Request access to the site’.
Registration involves entering the required data, taking care to enter the value ‘AEF000’ in the ‘Registration Code’ field.
After the first registration, the user will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to complete the procedure. 

Subsequently, and again through the indicated portal, the applicant shall:

  • fill in the Operator Data Form;
  • upload a legible photocopy of the applicant's valid identity document (in the case of a legal entity, a copy of the identity document of the legal representative thereof);
  • upload the digital copy of the certificate of registration with the competent Chamber of Commerce;
  • digitally sign and upload the Confidentiality Agreement that can be downloaded from the portal.

Following the entry of the indicated documents, ASPI staff will verify the documentation and authorise access to it through the portal.
