Employee resource group (ERG)

Employee resource group (ERG)
ERG groups are communities of volunteer advocates of diversity and inclusion issues.
ERGs are a key component of governance, and, by focusing on cross-sectional issues, they actively contribute to create a more inclusive organisational environment.
Each group appoints a director, who acts as a guide and trait d’union with the Group’s DE&I unit.
ERG teams, supported by the company with preventive training on inclusive language, are engaged on various issues, to promote an inclusive and respectful working environment.

Works to promote an inclusive culture that prevents all forms of discrimination based on personal characteristics relating to sexual orientation and gender identity.

Works to promote a culture that values the uniqueness and richness of all individuals regardless of their personal circumstances, and to promote the principles of accessibility by fostering a ‘design for all’ approach across the various areas of the company’s operations.

Strives to celebrate the differences between the generations within the company by viewing them as an asset, and to promote cultural exchange and shared values among the different age groups.

Works to promote gender equality by breaking down barriers and prejudices and fostering cultural and organisational change, from language to behaviour. It promotes equal opportunities to support female talent and enable it to flourish fully.
