If the Unpaid Toll Ticket reads “ENTRATA NON RILEVATA / BIGLIETTO SMARRITO” (Entry not detected - Lost Ticket), this means that the toll was calculated by law from the farthest motorway tollbooth, as set out in Article 176/16 of the Italian Highway Code. In these cases, you have the option of settling the situation by self-declaring your actual entry tollbooth and recalculating the amount of the toll due at www.autostrade.it/en, in the Customer Services section.

You can self-certify the entry tollbooth on the Autostrade per l'Italia App or the website www.autostrade.it, in the Customer Service section, under “Self-certifying the entry tollbooth”, after logging in. Once the actual toll amount has been recalculated, you will be able to settle it online.

Yes, you can still self-certify the entry tollbooth. Autostrade per l'Italia Group Motorway Concessionaires reserve the right to accept a self-certification (pursuant to DPR 445/2000) of the entry tollbooth, and carry out subsequent checks on the truthfulness of the declarations made.

The entry tollbooth can only be certified by a natural person. If a vehicle is registered in a company’s name, you must login as a natural person, by attaching the company's Chamber of Commerce certificate and an identity document of the registrant.

The Unpaid Toll Ticket management service is active for Autostrade per l'Italia and Società Autostrada Tirrenica.
