Board of Directors approves Autostrade per l’Italia Group’s results announcement for nine months ended 30 September 2025

Rome, 6 November 2025 – Today’s meeting of the Board of Directors of Autostrade per l’Italia SpA, chaired by Antonino Turicchi, has examined and approved the Autostrade per l’Italia Group’s (unaudited) results announcement for the nine months ended 30 September 2025 (“9M 2025”).
