Resignation of a Director and co-option of a new Director

Rome, 2 July 2026 – Today’s meeting of Autostrade per l’Italia SpA’s Board of Directors, acknowledged the resignation presented by Andrea Valeri, and passed a resolution co-opting Mark Joseph Scarsella to serve as a new member of the Board of Directors, in place of the resigning Director.
