Settlement agreement signed by ASPI and Ministry of Infrastructure and Sustainable Mobility
Rome, 15 October 2021 – Autostrade per l’Italia informs that Atlantia, in the context of the sale of its stake in the Company, has been informed by ASPI that the Settlement Agreement between the motorway operator and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Sustainable Mobility (the “MIMS”) has been signed, bringing to an end the dispute arising from the Grantor’s earlier allegations of breaches of the concession arrangement, following the tragic collapse of the Morandi road bridge, as better explained in the attached press release of Atlantia.
