The Republic of ideas
Autostrade per l'Italia took part in the second edition of "The Republic of ideas" initiative. The 2013 event was held in the main squares - the Carignano Theatre in Turin, the Petruzzelli Theatre in Bari, the Palazzo Vecchio in Florence - and hosted debates, performances and meetings attended by prominent business, political and cultural figures.
To the many attending, Autostrade per l'Italia proposed the "You are in a wonderful country, discover it with us" initiative, created to promote tourism on the road and the discovery of Italy's lesser known areas.
