AUTOSTRADE PER L’ITALIA RETURNS INVESTMENT GRADE STANDARD & POOR’S UPGRADED THE RATING TO ‘BBB-’. OUTLOOK POSITIVE

June 2022 – The rating agency SP Global Ratings, following completion of the acquisition of the 88.06% shareholding of the Company by Holding Reti Autostradali, has upgraded Autostrade per l’Italia credit rating to ‘BBB-’. The rating has returned to Investment Grade and the outlook assigned is Positive.
