Third Addendum and Settlement agreement of 14 October 2021 effective

Rome, 30 March 2022 – Autostrade per l’Italia announces that the Company has been notified by the Grantor that the interministerial MIMS-MEF decree approving the settlement agreement of 14 October 2021, and the interministerial MIMS- MEF decree approving the third Addendum to the Company’s Concession, have been registered with the Court of Auditors.
