Fitch places Autostrade per l’Italia on Rating Watch Positive

Rome, 4 June 2021 – Following shareholder approval of the proposal put forward by Atlantia’s Board of Directors to sell the holding company’s entire stake in Autostrade per l’Italia, with the favourable vote of 86.86% of the issued capital represented, the rating agency, Fitch, has placed Autostrade per l’Italia’s “BB+” credit rating on Rating Watch Positive.
