When the toll is not paid at the exit toll booth, either in full or in part, a receipt for non-payment is issued, both in manned and automatic lanes.

Each receipt (Toll Non-Payment Report) shows the vehicle data (class and registration number) and the transit data (date, time, exit booth and, where available, also the entry booth and the amount to be paid).

It is currently possible to pay free of charge via the Muovy App for non-payments collected at toll stations of Autostrade per l'Italia, Raccordo Autostradale Valle d'Aosta, Tangenziale di Napoli and Società Autostrada Tirrenica, as well as reports received by post.

Payment can be made at least 24 hours after the date of travel. To pay a missed payment via the Muovy App, after “Registration 1”, go to the “services” section and click on the “unpaid toll” button. You can pay at no additional cost by credit, debit or prepaid card. It is also possible to pay by going to the Muovy section of the www.autostrade.it website, without the need for registration, (Bars; Tabacchi, Newsagents) spread throughout Italy (the service includes a commission fee in favour of Mooney) or by bank transfer

For any information related to the way the Muovy App works (e.g. navigation process, data entry, connection to payment provider) you can contact the Muovy team by accessing the profile section, clicking on the help button and using the live-chat or by writing an e-mail to assistenza@cashback.autostrade.it

For administrative details relating to an unpaid toll (e.g. amount, timing of payment, entry not detected, wrong registration number) you may contact the single number 803.111, branch 3.

Non-payment can be settled free of charge within 15 days from the date of issue. After this period, the amount will be increased by assessment charges (Art. 176/11 bis Motorway Code).

Online payment is processed by Nexi Payment S.p.a. For any card-related problems, we suggest contacting your bank.

It is possible to pay for unpaid tolls reports received by post, free of charge via the Muovy App. It is also possible to pay it by going to www.autostrade.it in the Muovy section without commission or at one of the Mooney SisalPay points (Bars; Tabacchi, newsagents) spread throughout Italy (the service includes a commission in favour of Mooney SisalPay of EUR 2.50) or by bank transfer.
