Rome, 19 April 2022 – Autostrade per l’Italia announces that Mrs Giulia De Martino e Mr Alberto De Nigro have resigned from the position of standing statutory auditor of the Company from the date of the Shareholders meeting called to appoint the new members of the Board of Statutory Auditors.
