Action plans

The action plans aim to manage noise pollution issues and the relative effects, including, where necessary, the reduction thereof.

Autostrade per l'Italia has drawn up, in accordance with the requirements listed in Annex 5 of Legislative Decree No.194/2005, the Action Plan for the entire network by fully transposing the NCAP to be introduced across the network in the next fifteen years.

The Action Plans fully transpose the Noise Abatement Plan approved by the Ministry of the Environment, Land and Sea with decree GAB-DEC-0000034 of 11/03/2011, published in the Official Gazette of 04/05/2011 with the specifications and prescriptions as set out in the Memorandum of Understanding approved at the Joint Region/State Conference on 18/11/2010. The Action Plans also transpose all the noise abatement measures provided for the stretches under expansion. .
Autostrade per l'Italia published the updated Action Plans on its website on 20 April 2013 so that the general public could review the plans and submit their comments, opinions and responses in writing within 45 days of the date of publication. Autostrade per l'Italia took these comments into account when drawing up the definitive Action Plans, which were published on this website and transmitted to the Authorities on 18 July 2013.
