Rome, 7 August 2020 – Following the press release issued on 4 August 2020 concerning the approval by the Board of Directors of the interim report of Autostrade per l’Italia Group for the six months ended 30 June 2020, Autostrade per l’Italia informs that the auditing firm Deloitte & Touche has issued today the Report under art. 14 of the Legislative Decree no. 39 of 27 January 2020 and art. 10 of the EU Regulation no. 537/2014, which is attached herein in full.
