Fitch affirms ASPI Rating positive outlook
Rome, 10 May 2022 – Fitch Ratings, following completion of the acquisition of the 88.06%
shareholding of the Company by Holding Reti Autostradali, on 9 May 2022 removed the
Rating Watch Positive and affirmed Autostrade per l’Italia’s “BB+” credit rating assigning a
Positive Outlook to the rating.
