Autostrade per l'Italia is operational in multiple areas of intervention and round tables within the framework of initiatives to promote employee dialogue discussion.

Occupational health and safety

  • Workplace Health and Safety Conference

    Four meetings were organised and the following topics discusses:

    • Near misses.
    • improvement of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
    • safe movement of vehicles that have been involved in accidents and vehicles that have broken down.
    • OHSAS 18001 certification audit results
    • accident trend.
    • health and safety training
    • improving the visibility of corporate vehicles.
    • safe driving course.

    The technical panel continued to work on preparing the regulation pursuant to art. 161 paragraph 2-bis of Legislative Decree 81/08 on the identification of review, integration and placing procedures for road signage alerting to road works in the midst of traffic.

    The necessary IT system for using the "Sbagliando s'impara" method to analyse accidents and near misses was developed in 2011.

WELFARE E RESPONSABILITA’ SOCIALE

  • Iniziative rivolte alla salute ed al benessere. Alla polizza sanitaria attiva per tutti i dipendenti del Gruppo si affiancano le campagne informative e di sensibilizzazione su temi inerenti la prevenzione e la possibilità di effettuare visite medico-specialistiche direttamente negli ambulatori aziendali.

    PROGETTI REALIZZATI:

  • Iniziative per la famiglia ed i figli finalizzate ad agevolare la conciliazione tra vita privata e lavorativa, come l’asilo nido aziendale ed i Summer Camp a supporto della gestione familiare in concomitanza della chiusura della scuole. A completare l’offerta formativa rivolta ai figli dei dipendenti, anche un servizio di orientamento scolastico, universitario e lavorativo.

    PROGETTI REALIZZATI:

  • Per valorizzare, condividere e creare senso di appartenenza, attraverso servizi di “time saving” e di partecipazione attiva a community web sui temi della promozione sociale e del volontariato.
