Fuel prices were successfully monitored, with comparison of the prices applied by service area fuel operators and the off-highway prices within the same reference province. The number of installations subject to control has increased compared to the same activity carried out in 2010.

The conciliation procedure adopted by Autostrade per l'Italia has been extended to four four Group companies: Raccordo Autostradale Valle d'Aosta, Autostrada Torino-Savona, Tangenziale di Napoli andTelepass.
