School, university and careers advice

Case studies

The advisory service aims to help the children of Group employees make informed decisions as to the best course for their future education and/or profession.

There are three paths, which have been devised on the basis of the different recipient needs:

  • 1

"One step away from high school"

to guide children and parents towards making an informed choice in terms of academic studies and the main post-graduate openings. Those attending the meetings are given the opportunity to interact and converse with a number of university professors and Group employees from different professional fields.

  • 2

"One step away from choosing a university"

to guide children and parents towards making an informed choice in terms of academic studies and the main post-graduate openings. Those attending the meetings are given the opportunity to interact and converse with a number of university professors and Group employees from different professional fields.

  • 3

"One step from the professional world"

to provide a series of useful tools for school leavers, final year students and new graduates to allow them to make informed decisions on their education and profession in line with the needs of the labour market. The meetings provide information and advice on preparing for your first job interview, on the content and the criteria for drafting a CV, on employment contracts and on employment and careers paths.
