ASPI, letter to Government: willingness to sign settlement agreement, without any changes, except for removal of art. 10 as extraneous to relationship between grantor and operator

Rome, 8 October 2020 – In a letter sent to the relevant ministries today, Autostrade per l’Italia has confirmed its willingness to, without delay, sign the Settlement Agreement in the version received from the above ministries on 23 September, without any changes or revisions. This is only subject to removal of the condition precedent for effectiveness of the agreement, relating to completion of the transfer of control of Autostrade per l’Italia to Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, as this is extraneous to the relationship between the grantor and the operator.
